Add an agent to a team

This page is to showcase how to add an agent to a team

Requirements

• A team to add an agent to. If have no team, you can follow the instructions in the following article

Create a new team of Agents

• An existing agent that is part of your account and is not currently part of the team you want to add to. If you do not have an agent that fits this criteria, you can create one with either of the following instructions:

Choose your agent

Navigate to the chosen agent page that is to be added to a team and click the "Teams" tab

Click the "Add To Team" button

Select the team

Click the "Add" button next to the selected team name

Button should change to added once successful

The new team should be displayed

Let's talk to them

Click on the team name to navigate to the team page or click the green quick link chat button button above the name
