# Create a new team of Agents

This tutorial is to showcase the steps to create a new team to be populated by agents used

## Requirements

You must be logged into your account. If you do not have an account, you can create one in the steps outline in the link below

## Navigate to My Teams

## Click 'New'

To create a new team of  agents

## Create a new team&#x20;

Define name of the team, and add description. You can also upload a readme file to explain the purpose of the team.&#x20;

### Advanced capabilities (Optional)

For advanced capabilities, click "Show Advanced Options" and fill additional information

"Keywords": are used to power public search \
"Tags": are arbitrary strings used as identifiers\
"Extensors": Are key-value pairs that can be used as identifiers for external integrations\
"External ID": Is a single primary unique identifier for 3rd party integrations

## Let's build the team!

There are 2 methods available to constructing the team. Generate all the agents in the team using generative AI or adding / forking an existing agent to be added to the team
